The candidate’s own, revocable permission
Separate from the interview consent, voluntary and with double confirmation. Every consent is recorded with date, text version and language, and revoking it removes the profile instantly.
A candidate who went through an AI interview can expressly agree to publish an anonymous profile. Other organizations find it with filters or by typing what they need, request to hire, and only if the candidate accepts are their contact details released. Your company can also offer its evaluated candidates, if they want.
Every selection process leaves good candidates who did not fit that opening and get lost. Meanwhile, other companies start from scratch looking for someone similar. The Marketplace brings them together without exposing anyone: the candidate decides whether to be offered, the profile is anonymous and contact details are released only with their acceptance.
Nothing is published unless the candidate asks for it and nothing is released unless they accept.
The Marketplace is off by default. The organization that ran the interview decides whether its candidates can be offered and which ones it authorizes, one by one.
When finishing the interview, the candidate can agree to publish an anonymous profile. They receive an email with a confirmation link and only when they confirm does the profile become visible. This permission is separate from the interview consent.
It types what it needs (“developer with advanced English available in January”) or uses filters for skills, languages, country, time zone, availability and work mode. It sees only the anonymous profile.
With “Request to hire” it asks to contact the candidate. The candidate receives the notice and decides whether to accept or decline.
If the candidate accepts, name, email and phone are handed only to the organization that asked. If they later revoke their permission, contact is cut off.
The organization can move the candidate into its own selection process, with its own interview consent notice. The one that ran the interview sees only numbers, never who asked.

Role or area, skills, languages, country, time zone, availability, work mode, expectations if given and summarized evaluation scores are shown. Never name, email, phone, photo, video or national ID, nor the company that ran the interview.
You describe what you need in your own words and the AI turns it into filters; you can also filter by hand. AI search uses AI credits.
You ask to contact the candidate; a pending request is not repeated and you can withdraw it. The requests screen shows the status of each one.
Accepting hands name, email and phone only to whoever asked, and every read of the contact is recorded. Revoking the permission cuts it off.
A switch per organization and an authorization per candidate, both off by default. It sees figures on its published profiles and received requests, never who made them.
The hiring company can take the candidate into its own process in AI Recruitment, with its own interview and consent notice.
The module ships with its map: what the candidate decides, what each organization decides and what the system does. It is updated together with the module.
A talent profile is personal information. The Marketplace treats it that way: voluntary, anonymous and revocable at any time.

How it works
No. The Marketplace is off by default. Your organization decides whether to turn it on and which candidates to authorize, and each candidate must also accept and confirm by email.
An anonymous profile: role or area, skills, languages, country, time zone, availability, work mode, expectations and summarized scores. Never their name or contact details, nor which company interviewed them.
Only when another organization asks to hire them and the candidate accepts that request. If they later revoke their permission, contact is cut off.
It is included in the membership. Only plain-language search uses AI credits.
Only figures: how many profiles it has published and how many requests it received, never who made them.
Tell us how you select today: we will show you how the Talent marketplace would look with your candidates, your permissions and your selection process.
