Nine starting data types
Customers, suppliers, products with color and size variants, opening stock by warehouse, chart of accounts, opening balances, subscriptions, production operators and CRM leads.
Remotjob guides you through uploading, from an Excel or CSV file, the data your operation starts with: customers, suppliers, products, stock, chart of accounts, opening balances, subscriptions, operators and leads. You download the template, check what will be created before importing and, if something is off, you undo it.
Typing in hundreds of customers, products or ledger accounts one by one slows the adoption of any module. Remotjob’s guided import turns your spreadsheets into real platform data, with the same rules and permissions as if you had created them by hand, and without the fear of not being able to go back.
A single assistant, the same for all nine data types, with a review before anything is written.
Customers, suppliers, products, stock, chart of accounts, opening balances, subscriptions, operators or leads. Only what your role can do in each module is enabled.
An Excel workbook with the columns in your language, a fictitious sample row and an instructions sheet explaining what is required, the format of each field and the accepted values.
Excel or CSV. If the workbook has several sheets, you choose which one to import.
Remotjob suggests which field each column corresponds to, even if you used other names such as “Company name” or “Debit”, and you correct whatever is needed. If a required column is missing, it tells you before moving on.
Each row shows its result and reason: it will be created, updated, skipped or has an error. The preview is a real run of the process that is rolled back, so what you see is what will be created. You can download a file with the rows that have errors.
The import runs in batches and shows how many records were created, updated, skipped or failed. It is kept in the history and, if something was not as expected, you can undo it.
Customers, suppliers, products with color and size variants, opening stock by warehouse, chart of accounts, opening balances, subscriptions, production operators and CRM leads.
An Excel ready to fill in, with the columns in the language of whoever downloads it, a fictitious sample and a sheet explaining each field.
The assistant recognizes the usual column names and proposes the match; you correct it. It detects duplicated columns and missing required fields.
The format is checked in your browser (numbers, dates, emails, yes/no, options and RUT with its check digit) and then a real test run is done on the server and rolled back, so you see exactly what would happen.
A downloadable Excel with the row, the result, the reason and your original columns, so you can fix and re-upload only what is pending.
Every import is recorded with who did it and when, its counters and the result of each row. The latest import of each type can be undone.
From Customers, Suppliers, Chart of accounts, Subscriptions, Inventory stock and Operators there is an “Import from Excel” option that takes you straight to the assistant with the type already selected.
The module comes with its process map: what your team does and what the system does. It uses no AI and consumes no AI credits. It feeds Shop, Invoicing, Procurement, Inventory, Accounting, Subscriptions, Production and CRM, and what you load becomes knowledge that Company Brain and People Chat return as answers to decide on.
Importing hundreds of rows at once is delicate. That is why the assistant writes with your same permissions and rules, shows everything before you confirm and keeps a history of every load.
Excel (.xlsx) or CSV files. We recommend starting from the template the assistant itself downloads, which has the columns in your language and an instructions sheet. If your workbook has several sheets, you choose which one to import.
They appear in the preview with their reason and are not imported. You can download a file with those rows, fix them and upload them again, while the rest of your data is already loaded.
The assistant recognizes each record by its key field (RUT, code, SKU or email, depending on the type). Depending on what you choose, it updates what already exists or only creates what is new, and skips repeated items it cannot identify with certainty.
Yes. You can undo the latest import of each type: what was created is removed or deactivated and what was updated returns to its previous values. If something is already in use, for example a customer with an invoice, that record is kept and the result tells you so.
No. It is a guided validation and loading process, with no AI. It is included in the membership, and the permissions of each data type’s module keep applying.
