1. Data controller

Remotjob is a service of EBUSS Global. Contact for anything related to your data: remotjob@ebussglobal.com.

2. What data we collect

• What you give us in the website chat, the voice sales assistant, forms and the store: name, email, phone, company and what you need.
• The content of conversations: the text and the transcript of what you say to the voice sales assistant. We do not store the audio recording.
• If you choose "Continue with Google": only the name, email and profile photo that Google shares with your permission. We do not access your account, your password or any other Google data.
• Technical data for security and abuse prevention: IP address, browser, page visited and the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check.

3. What we use it for

To reply to you, send you quotes, contact you about what you asked for, improve the service and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell your data or hand it to third parties for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only with providers that deliver services to us and process the data on our behalf:

• Supabase (data hosting).
• Artificial intelligence providers that process the conversation to generate answers (Google, OpenAI and Anthropic).
• Cloudflare (anti-bot verification).
• Google (sign-in).
• Resend (email delivery).

5. Client company websites

When you chat on the website of a company that uses Remotjob, that company is responsible for your data and Remotjob processes it on its behalf.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as it is needed to serve you and for the business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it. Security logs are kept for a limited time.

7. Storage in your browser

The chat and the voice sales assistant store in your browser a conversation identifier and your contact details so they do not have to ask for them again. You can delete them by clearing the site data in your browser.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or objection to the use of your data, and its portability, under the Chilean personal data protection law and the laws that apply in your country, by writing to remotjob@ebussglobal.com.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
