Website content: change your texts and images without asking anyone for help

Your team edits, from Remotjob, the texts and images your site declares as editable, sees the result before publishing and keeps a history of every change. What protects your search ranking stays safeguarded by clear SEO rules.

Changing a sentence on your site should not need a ticket

In most companies, fixing a price, updating a promotion or swapping a photo on the website means writing to support or to an agency and waiting. Remotjob gives your commercial team a place to do it on their own, only within what the site allows to be changed.

How the site is edited, step by step

A short and safe flow: saving is not publishing.

  1. 1

    Choose your site and page

You select your organization’s site, the language and the page you want to update.

  2. 2

    Edit what the site allows

You see a form with the texts and images the site declared as editable. Everything else is shown but cannot be modified.

  3. 3

Replace images with their alt text

When you replace an image you see the before and after, and you must write its alt text, which helps search engines and people using screen readers.

  4. 4

    Save a draft

Your changes stay as a draft. You can come back later, correct and review without anything changing yet on the public site.

  5. 5

    Publish when you are ready

Publishing is a separate, explicit step. Only then does the change reach the site your customers see.

  6. 6

    Check the history

Each page keeps a record of its changes, so you know what was modified and when.

What is included

Site texts

Sentences, descriptions and commercial messages declared editable, within the maximum length each field accepts.

Images with alt text

Image replacement with before-and-after preview, and mandatory alt text for each language.

Draft and publish

Saving and publishing are two different actions, so nothing reaches the public by accident.

Change history

A record of what was modified on each page, to review and settle any doubt.

Several languages

If your site exists in several languages, you choose which one you are working on and edit each version separately.

Read-only SEO panel

In SEO & GEO, the site SEO tab shows what each page says today, which keywords rank it and which elements cannot be edited and why.

Freedom to edit, without risking your search ranking

The page title and the main headings weigh the most with search engines. That is why they are protected by an SEO policy: they always appear next to their reason, and if you need to change them you open a change request instead of editing them directly.

  • The page title and the H1 and H2 headings appear locked, with the reason in view.
  • To change a locked element, the “Request a change” button opens a request instead of allowing the edit.
  • From the H3 heading downwards, content remains editable.
  • The meta description can be edited, with a warning if it falls outside the recommended length.
  • Only the fields the site declared can be edited; nothing outside that list.
  • Every publication is recorded in the page history.

What it is and what it is not

  • It is a content editor: it changes texts and images that already exist on your site.
  • It does not change the design, the colors or the structure of the site, and it does not add new sections.
  • It only works on sites prepared for Remotjob, which declare which content is editable.
  • It does not generate or rewrite content automatically: what gets published is what your team writes and approves.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change any text on my site?

You can change the texts and images the site declared as editable. Anything not on that list is shown but cannot be modified from the platform.

If I save a change, is it published right away?

No. Saving leaves a draft. Changes reach the public site only when you choose to publish.

Why can I not edit the title or the main headings?

Because they are the elements that most influence how search engines find you. They are protected by an SEO policy; you see the reason on screen and can ask for a change through a request.

Do images need alt text?

Yes. When you replace an image you must write its alt text in each language; without it you cannot publish. It helps both ranking and accessibility.

Can I see what was changed before?

Yes. Each page has a history of the changes made.
