One engine for four channels
The Store, the point of sale, the Network and subscriptions consult the same list, linking Store, Point of sale and Subscriptions to the same price. With no active list, everything behaves as before.
Define price lists by customer, customer group, point of sale or your whole Network, with quantity-tier prices in the currency you need. The Store, the register, the Network and subscriptions all consult the same engine, so each channel charges what it should.
One price in the Store, another at the counter, another in the Network catalog and another in the subscription means fixing quotes by hand and explaining differences. With a single list, the rule is written once, checked in a preview and applied where it belongs.
A pricing rule defined once and used by every channel.
Give it a name, a currency, validity dates, a priority and the channels where it applies: Store, point of sale, Network or subscriptions.
Set the price for the whole catalog, a category, a product or a variant. Choose a fixed price, a percentage discount or surcharge, or cost plus margin.
Say from how many units the price changes. It handles volume steps without duplicating the list.
Link the list to a customer, a customer group, a point of sale or a Network connection, or to all points and the whole Network at once.
Pick a customer and a quantity and see the price they get, which list and rule applied, and why each list that did not apply was skipped.
On the order, “Prices and currency” shows before and after and applies the list. The order, invoice and payments stay in the chosen currency, with the exchange rate saved.
The Store, the point of sale, the Network and subscriptions consult the same list, linking Store, Point of sale and Subscriptions to the same price. With no active list, everything behaves as before.
The customer’s list is checked first, then their group’s, then the point’s or connection’s, and finally the general one. Within each list the most specific rule wins: variant, product, category or everything.
A different price from a given quantity, both on the order and at the register, which picks the tier as the units change.
Each list has a start and an end date. An expired list stops winning, and a scheduled one starts on its own on its date.
A fixed price, a percentage over the catalog price (a surcharge if negative), or Inventory cost plus margin, with rounding to the step you prefer and to each currency’s decimals.
The order and invoice can use the list’s currency or the customer’s preferred one. The exchange rate comes from Treasury on that date and is saved with the invoice and with each payment.
See each document’s balance converted to your base currency at the rate it had when issued or collected, with a notice for documents that have no rate.
Group customers to give them a shared list and set the currency each prefers. What you set in the module becomes knowledge that Company Brain (for management) and People Chat (for the team, by role) return as answers to decide with.
The module comes with its process map: what the team does (defines lists, rules and assignments) and what the system does (picks the list, calculates, converts and freezes the exchange rate).
A wrongly calculated price becomes an argument with the customer. That is why every decision of the engine can be explained and reviewed.
Nothing changes. While the organization has no active lists, the Store, the register, the Network and subscriptions use the same prices and discounts as before.
The list assigned to the customer is tried first, then their group’s, then the point of sale’s or Network connection’s, and finally the general one. At the same level, the lowest priority number wins.
Yes. You apply a list in that currency or choose the customer’s currency, and the order, invoice and payments stay in it. The exchange rate comes from Treasury and is saved so you can see your receivables in the base currency.
Yes. A list assigned to a point of sale, or to all of them, sets the price at the register, including quantity tiers, and it also works when selling offline with the last saved catalog.
No. When the contract is created or the plan changes, the line takes the price from the customer’s list and stores it. Each period’s invoices use that stored price, so a later list change does not alter active contracts.
