Orders with detail
The Store orders of the customer’s company, with status and lines, without internal costs.
Your customers sign in with a link sent to their email, with no password or account, and see on their phone only what belongs to them: orders, invoices with their balance, account statement, cases, appointments and pending signatures. You choose which sections are shown and can remove access instantly.
When customers have nowhere to check their orders, their balance or the status of their case, they ask by phone or email and your team becomes a document mailbox. The Remotjob Customer Portal gives them a place of their own, tidy and secure, and leaves your organization in control of who gets in and what they see.
You decide who gets in and what they see; the customer only needs their email.
You switch on your organization’s portal and define which sections the customer sees: orders, invoices, account statement, subscriptions, hours, cases, appointments and signatures.
You set up access for one of your customer companies or for an individual. The invitation goes out from Remotjob straight to their email; you never see their sign-in link.
They type their email at the portal address and receive a single-use link that expires. Opening it starts a session that also expires on its own, designed for the phone.
They see their orders with line detail, their invoices with PDF and balance, their account statement and latest payments. They never see costs, margins or internal notes.
They can request to pause, resume or change the plan of a subscription, confirm or flag hours awaiting review, and open their pending cases, appointments and signatures.
You handle incoming requests, check the access log and revoke an access instantly whenever you need to.

The commercial invoices your organization issued, with total, balance, due date, payment status and PDF. If there is a balance, a button leads to the invoice link with the details to pay by bank transfer.
What the customer owes, what is overdue, any credit balance, the net balance by currency and the latest payments, in a single view.
The customer sees their plan, the amount per period and the next invoice. They can request a pause, resumption or plan change if you allow it, but billing does not change until your team carries it out.
Project hours your team already approved and that are not yet invoiced: the customer confirms or flags them before the invoice is issued.
Personal items are seen only by whoever has that email: their Help desk cases, their appointments and the documents to sign. Each opens the module’s own page to reply, reschedule or sign.
Customers are not counted as users of your platform and cannot reach the admin panel. They sign in with a single-use link, and company data is seen only by whoever represents the company.
It brings together Store, Invoicing, Subscriptions, Projects, Help desk, Scheduling and Signing, and shows a “Help center” button if you have a public help page. What your team records in those modules becomes knowledge that Company Brain and People Chat return as answers.
The module comes with its process map: what your team does (invite, review requests, revoke), what the system does (send the link, validate identity, show only the customer’s data) and what the customer does at each step.
The portal shows real commercial documents, so identity and isolation between customers are part of the design, not an add-on.
No. They type their email at the portal address and receive a single-use link that expires. They are not users of your platform and do not count toward per-user billing.
Depending on what you switch on: their orders, commercial invoices with PDF and balance, account statement, subscriptions, hours awaiting review and, by their email, their Help desk cases, appointments and pending signatures. They never see costs, margins or internal notes.
The portal does not charge by itself. On an invoice with a balance, the payment button leads to the invoice link, where the customer sees the details to pay by bank transfer, and the payment is recorded and assigned to the invoice in your organization.
No. Every read is filtered by your organization and by the account’s identity; company data is seen only by whoever represents the company and personal items only by whoever has that email. Someone else’s data answers as nonexistent.
Yes, instantly. From the panel you revoke the access and the open session stops reading. The access log also shows who got in and when.
Tell us what they check today by phone or email; we will show you what your customers’ portal would look like inside Remotjob.
