Appointment types made to measure
Duration, interval between start times, buffers, notice, location and a form with required or optional questions for each appointment type.
Remotjob publishes your schedule so each customer picks a free slot without phone calls or back-and-forth emails, or asks for one in conversation with an AI assistant that only offers real times. Every booking is confirmed, reminded and saved as a lead in your CRM, and everything with a date comes together in a calendar per person and per team.
Coordinating appointments by phone and email eats hours, causes double bookings and no-shows, and leaves customers who are never recorded. And each person looks at their dates in a different place: appointments here, tasks there, due dates somewhere else. Remotjob gives you a booking page with times calculated by the system and a calendar that gathers it all.
One continuous flow, from setting up your schedule to the customer showing up.
Name, duration, buffer before and after, minimum and maximum notice, where it takes place (in person, video call with your link or phone) and the questions you want to ask when booking.
Add the people or resources (a room, a piece of equipment) that take appointments, with their weekly hours, holidays and time off.
Turn on your public page with your own address, a welcome text and the customer’s consent. Share the link wherever you like.
They see only truly free times, leave their details and book. They can also ask for a time in conversation with the AI assistant (“Tuesday afternoon”, “as soon as possible”).
The customer receives an email confirmation with a file for their calendar and the reminders you defined. The host gets a notice too.
With their booking link, the customer cancels or changes the time without calling you. A change happens in one go: if the new time is not free, nothing is moved.
Duration, interval between start times, buffers, notice, location and a form with required or optional questions for each appointment type.
The system calculates free times from each person’s hours, holidays, time off and the bookings already taken. Two customers cannot get the same slot, even if they book at the same moment.
Visitors write in their own words and your organization’s assistant suggests real times from the schedule. It can only choose from the list of free times: it never invents one. AI use consumes AI credits.
Confirmation email with a calendar file, up to three reminders before the appointment, a notice to the host and notices for changes and cancellations. Your team can also reschedule or cancel from the panel.
Whoever books becomes an open lead in the CRM, with no duplicates, and each booking or change leaves a comment on their record. What your team records here becomes knowledge that Company Brain (for management) and People Chat (for the team, according to role) return as answers to decide with.
For the people who take the appointments: they see only the bookings on their own schedule, cancel, close or reschedule them, and edit their hours and time off without touching anyone else’s setup.
Whoever manages the schedule sees the team’s appointments and dates in a single calendar and filters by person.
Each person sees in their profile their appointments, tasks, due dates of issued invoices, signatures about to expire, manufacturing, activities and shifts. They can subscribe with a secret, revocable, read-only link from the calendar app they already use.
The module comes with its own process map: what the team does, what the system does and what the AI does. It links with the CRM, with orders and signatures in Legal and with the Customer portal, where customers see their appointments.
A public schedule receives people’s data. That is why booking requires consent, has caps against abuse, and each person on your team sees only what applies to them.

How it works
They open your booking page, choose the appointment type and a free time, answer the questions you defined and accept the consent. They receive an email confirmation with a file to add the appointment to their calendar.
No. The system calculates free times and blocks the slot at the moment of booking, buffers before and after included. If two people try the same time at once, only one gets it and the other sees it is no longer available.
It chats with the visitor, understands phrases like “Wednesday after 4 pm” and offers real times from your schedule. It cannot invent times because it only chooses from the list the system calculates. Its use consumes AI credits.
They use their booking link: they cancel or pick another free time without calling you, and the host is notified. There is a maximum number of changes per booking to prevent abuse, and your team can reschedule from the panel.
In My calendar you create a secret link and subscribe to it from the calendar app you use. You will see your appointments and other Remotjob dates, read-only. You can revoke or renew the link whenever you like.
Tell us which appointments your team takes; we will show you what your booking page and calendar would look like inside Remotjob.
